How long is the warranty for electronic products? How do I request a warranty service?
All products come with a 3-year warranty (1-year for the MegPad series), free of charge and valid from the date of purchase. Should any quality issues arise during the warranty period, contact our customer service at support@ktcplay.com with your order number to register for repair.
Does this monitor model have built-in speakers, and how can I get audio output if not?
You can determine whether there is a built-in speaker by looking at the pictures and text descriptions on the product detail page. For audio output, you have two options:
Connect your audio device (e.g., speakers) directly to your desktop/laptop;
Use the headphone jack on the monitor to connect headphones.
Why can’t I get 120Hz on my monitor when using a PS5?
The PS5’s 120Hz feature is only supported in specific games—this limitation comes from the PS5 itself, not from your monitor.
How do I enable the HDR function of the monitor?
For the HDR function: To use it, you need to enable HDR in two places—first in the monitor’s OSD (On-Screen Display) menu, and second in your Windows operating system. Please ensure both settings are configured correctly to activate HDR.
What causes monitor bad pixels, and what is the qualification standard? How to handle excessive bad pixels?
Bad pixels are usually caused by static electricity or other uncontrollable factors during transit, not by the manufacturing process.
Qualification standard: Internationally, a monitor with fewer than 5 bad pixels is considered a qualified product.
Handling for excessive bad pixels: If the number of bad pixels exceeds 5, please contact KTC via email and provide photos or videos of the issue for further processing.
I want to learn about monitor hardware upgrade and may have a need for it. What should I do?
If you encounter specific issues with your current monitor, please first let us know the details—we will help resolve them. Additionally, we do not recommend users upgrade the monitor firmware by themselves, as this may cause problems like a black screen.
What do I need to do to get assistance with Local Dimming and VRR features?
To help confirm if your firmware version is compatible with the hardware, please provide your device's serial number (SN). We’ll assist you further after receiving this information.
How can I use the Reading Mode, and what about auto-brightness disabling?
First, please confirm your product’s regional version (purchased market). For non-European versions, you can enable Reading Mode via the OSD (On-Screen Display) following this path:

How do I track my package? What if the tracking info isn’t updating?
Tracking method:
The tracking number in the order confirmation email can be found on the logistics inquiry page or on third-party platforms such as 17Track.
There may be a delay of 1-2 days in the update of transportation status because of System synchronization update sometimes.
Exception handling: If the delivery is stalled for more than 3 days, contact customer service (support@ktcplay.com) with the tracking number and we will contact the logistics company for verification.

Can the delivery address be modified after placing an order?
Please contact customer service (support@ktcplay.com) within 12 hours and we will do our best to intercept the package and coordinate the reassignment. If the goods have already been picked up by the carrier, the delivery address cannot be modified.
