For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs—contact our customer service for the return address. We’ll process your refund or exchange once the package is received. For quality-related issues, we cover all shipping fees if reported within 15 days of delivery—contact our customer service to initiate a return/exchange.
We currently only support PayPal payments, using SSL encryption to protect transaction data and never storing your full credit card information. All payments are processed through third-party compliant platforms, in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

All products come with a 3-year warranty (1-year for the MegPad series), free of charge and valid from the date of purchase. Should any quality issues arise during the warranty period, contact our customer service at support@ktcplay.com with your order number to register for repair.
