3840 x 2160 and 60Hz.If your laptop uses only USB-C, its adapter or dock must support video output and the desired 4K mode. Test a direct HDMI or DP connection when available before troubleshooting a dock.
Both HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 support 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz. Select the H32U6 in the operating system's display settings, then choose that resolution and refresh rate. If the picture disappears, try 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz, reconnect the cable, and test the 4K setting again with a compatible cable and source output. At 4K, adjust operating-system scaling for comfortable text size rather than lowering the native resolution solely to enlarge text.

The H32U6 supports a 100 x 100 mm VESA mount (M4*10). Power off, unplug every cable, place the display face down on a soft surface, and release the stand. Use a compatible bracket that supports the monitor's weight. Confirm the screw length against the monitor and bracket before tightening.
Unplug the display before cleaning it. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid spraying liquid directly onto the panel. Do not press the screen with hard objects. Store the monitor in a dry, ventilated place and keep the panel protected during transport.
Check the outlet and power connections, then short-press the joystick. Check the adapter and monitor labels if you are unsure about the power supply. If the power indicator remains off, contact our support team with a photo of the adapter label.
Press the joystick to see whether the on-screen menu appears. Choose the input matching your cable, reconnect both ends, and test one direct cable at 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz. Try another input or source device if available.
Verify that the source output, cable, adapter or dock, and selected port all support 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz. Test a direct HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.4 connection where possible, then select the resolution again in the operating system.
Set the source to the native 3840 x 2160 resolution. Increase operating-system display scaling for larger text. If the image remains blurry, reconnect the cable and compare another input or computer.
Return to 60Hz, check that the cable is fully seated, and remove any splitter or adapter for the test. If needed, compare another cable or source device.
Yes. Both HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 support 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz, provided the source output and cable support that setting.
No. The H32U6 has HDMI and DisplayPort video inputs. A laptop with USB-C video output needs a compatible USB-C-to-HDMI or USB-C-to-DP cable or adapter.
Keep 3840 x 2160 selected, then raise operating-system display scaling. This enlarges interface text while preserving the monitor's native pixel resolution.
